Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can kraut
    1 c. red or green bell pepper
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, water, sugar, Wesson oil, salt and pepper. Heat and pour over vegetable mixture.
    Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
