Black Bottom Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 unbeaten egg
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine in mixing bowl, cream cheese, egg 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt, beat well.
    Stir in chocolate pieces, set aside. Sift flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt into mixing bowl, combine water, cooking oil, vinegar and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Fill muffin cups 1/3 full with chocolate batter.
    Top each with heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
