Cream Cheese Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
16 pecan halves
powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix baking mix, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and margarine until crumbly.
Press in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of glass dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch).
Microwave, uncovered, on Medium, rotating dish 1/2 turn every 2 minutes, until dry to touch, 6 to 10 minutes.
Place on heatproof surface.
