Stir-Fry Beef With Chile And Mint(Servings: 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. beef steak, sliced very thin
    8 bird peppers (Thai chiles), chopped
    1/2 c. loosely packed fresh basil leaves
    10 fresh mint leaves
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 green onion, chopped
    5 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. fish sauce
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In stir-fry skillet, heat vegetable oil.
    Saute garlic and green onion.
    Add peppers and beef, cooking on high heat very quickly.
    Drain any remaining oil.
    Add fish sauce and honey; bring to bubble.
    Add basil and mint.
    Remove from heat.
    Serve over rice.
