Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh mushrooms
4 tsp. melted butter
1 minced clove garlic
2 slices finely chopped bacon
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Chop stems very fine. Saute in butter with the garlic about two minutes over medium heat.
Add bacon, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and wine.
Stuff raw mushroom caps.
