Chicken Asparagus Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 whole boneless chicken breasts, halved, skin removed and pounded to flatten
2 slices (1 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. frozen asparagus, thawed and drained (may substitute broccoli)
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine garlic powder, rosemary and salt; sprinkle over chicken.
Lay 1/2 slice cheese on each piece of chicken.
Top with 4 asparagus spears.
Fold long edges of chicken breast over the cheese and asparagus; secure with wooden pick.
Sprinkle chicken rolls with paprika.
Place seam down in 12 x 8-inch baking dish; cover with wax paper.
Microwave on High for 3 minutes; turn and rearrange chicken pieces.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; cover and microwave on High for 2 to 4 minutes until chicken is opaque and tender.
