Curried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut into pieces
    oil for frying
    2 onions, diced
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 tsp. curry powder
    2 to 3 c. chicken broth
    salt
Preparation
    Brown chicken pieces in oil.
    Remove from skillet and drain. Leave crumbs; add 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add diced onion to oil and cook until yellow.
    Add uncooked rice and curry powder.
    Stir well.
    Add chicken broth and salt to taste.
    Place in a casserole dish and lay chicken on top of rice.
    Cover.
    Cook 45 to 60 minutes or until rice is done.
