German Chocolate Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels
    3/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake mix according to directions.
    Spread half of batter in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
