Mount Holly Goolash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger, turkey or leftover ham (whatever)
    1 onion, chopped
    peppers, mushrooms and celery (whatever)
    1 can tomatoes or fresh tomatoes (whatever)
    squash (any amount and any kind)
    salt to please
    pepper as you like
    elbow, wide noodles or shells (whatever)
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Add rest of vegetables and simmer for a while.
    You can also season with basil, garlic or lemon pepper (whatever).
    Have fun.
    Cook about 20 minutes, until it all smells good.
    Pour over wide noodles or whatever.
    A little wine included is nice.
