Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced carrots
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Cook carrots.
Drain and cool.
Cut onion and pepper in rings and mix with carrots.
Mix other ingredients together and pour over vegetables.
Cover and marinate 12 hours or more.
Will keep for 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
Serves 8 to 10.
