Pork And Rice Chinese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2/3 c. uncooked wild rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 beef cube
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. diced cooked pork
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart ovenware casserole, place salad oil and rice. Stir to coat rice with oil.
    Cook in microwave oven 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until rice becomes a golden brown.
    Stir twice during cooking.
