Bermuda Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. green beans
1/3 c. thinly sliced red onions
1 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
garlic, salt and pepper to taste
1 boiled egg
Preparation

Cook beans until crisp-tender, drain, rinse and drain again. Cool.
Place beans and onions on dish. Mix next 6 ingredients and pour over vegetables. Crumble egg and sprinkle over top when ready to serve.
