Tea Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Cream margarine, oil, sugars and eggs.
    Add vanilla.
    Sift flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar together. Mix into creamed mixture.
    Chill dough 1 hour. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes (just until edges look brown, center will remain soft, baking too long will make cookies crisp).
