Ingredients

3/4 c. diced pepperoni
3/4 c. cubed Muenster cheese
3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a small bowl in the order given. Stir with a slotted spoon until the batter is smooth.
It should be lumpy only because of cheese and pepperoni.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until center is firm.
Cut into wedges and serve.
