Salmon Divan Provencale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    milk
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    4 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Drain salmon and reserve liquid.
    Add enough milk to reserved liquid to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
    Flake salmon into large chunks and set aside.
    Cook broccoli until almost done.
    Drain and arrange in a shallow 8-inch baking dish. Spread salmon over broccoli.
    Melt butter in saucepan; add garlic and flour and mix.
    Add milk mixture and stir until bubbly.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Drain tomatoes and cut into chunks. Add to sauce and pour over salmon.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 20 to 25 minutes, until crumbs are lightly browned.
