Citrus Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. shredded cabbage
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. cauliflowerets
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Toss first 5 ingredients together. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Toss into cabbage mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Toss again before serving.
