Laurie'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. white cooking wine
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    salt and pepper
    4 chicken breasts
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    mushrooms
    rice (cook as needed)
    bouillon cube (chicken)
    1 small diced pepper
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken. Brown in hot oil (2 tablespoons). Remove chicken from skillet. Blend flour, thyme and onion into drippings. Cook 2 minutes.
    Add wine, catsup and chicken (skin side down).
    Cover and cook 25 minutes. Add celery, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Prepare rice with chicken bouillon cube dissolved in water. Serve chicken on rice.
