Cajun Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef or sausage, cut into small chunks
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 small jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 c. white or brown rice
2 cans onion soup
2 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Lightly brown meat and drain. Mix all ingredients and bake for 1 hour. (More jalapeno pepper or hot sauce may be added for more \"fire\".)
