Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Cover pecan halves with egg white mixture; then dip in sugar mixture.
Bake in shallow pan at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.
