Italian Beef Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach or chopped broccoli
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt, pepper, garlic salt
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated or sliced
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion and drain well.
    Cook and drain spinach. Combine meat, spinach, sour cream, soup and season to taste.
    Pour in oiled 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8 generously.
