Ravioli Style Filling(For Manicotti) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 pkg. chopped spinach
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1 small onion, grated
Preparation

Brown meat and drain.
Set aside to cool.
When cooled, put in bowl and mix with all other ingredients.
Stuff cooled shells with filling.
Put half of the sauce in baking dish.
Lay filled pasta on bottom. Add rest of sauce. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
