Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 lb. ground sausage
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. crushed Captains wafers
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a microwavable dish.
Microwave for 4 minutes on High.
Rotate dish and microwave for 4 minutes or until fully cooked.
Makes approximately 5 dozen.
