Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Box German Chocolate Cake Mix
    1 Small Can Evaporated Milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Caramels
    1 pkg. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    1 c. Pecans
Preparation
    1. Prepare cake mix as directed on pkg adding 1/3 c. of the evaporated milk. Put half of this mix in a 13 x 9
    pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile melt caramels and 1/3 c. evaporated milk. Add
    nuts.
    3. Pour caramel mixture over cake. Add chocolate chips,
    then top with remaining cake mix. 4. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
