Candied Carrot Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots, cooked
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cut carrots in large chunks; cook.
    Drain; add milk, butter and brown sugar.
    Let simmer for about 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
