Potato Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato sauce
    4 medium baked potatoes
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, green pepper and celery.
    Drain fat.
    Add seasonings and tomato sauce.
    Cut potatoes in half; scoop out and reserve shells.
    Mash potatoes and mix with meat; fill shells. Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
