Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 bottle Italian dressing
    bread crumbs
    milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix milk and egg in a bowl.
    Dip chicken in mixture and cover with bread crumbs.
    Brown rapidly in oiled skillet and place in baking dish.
    Add 1/2 bottle of dressing.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Can make gravy with drippings from pan. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
