Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    64 oz. cranberry juice
    20 c. water
    4 c. sugar (you can cut to 3 1/2 c., if desired)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    8 cinnamon sticks
    2 tsp. whole cloves
    2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Simmer first 6 ingredients for 10 minutes, then add orange juice.
    Drain off spices.
    Add some red coloring, if desired.
    You can also put orange slices on top for garnish.
    Should serve 30 to 40 people.
