Velveeta Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 lb. cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation
    Bring water to boil in saucepan.
    Stir in ingredients, except tomato and green pepper; cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir with fork until blended; cover.
