Grandma'S Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
Preparation

Separate egg whites and yolks.
In mixing bowl, beat egg yolks and water on high speed.
Gradually add sugar, then flour, baking powder and salt.
In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into yolk mixture.
Add vanilla.
Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
