Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 (15 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. broken pecans

    Preparation:
    The chunkiness of this salad will depend on whether you plan to serve it in lettuce bowls (chunky) or on croissants as a sandwich spread (less chunky).
    For sandwiches, chop chicken in food processor and vegetables and fruit should be diced very small.
