1 pastry shell
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine
3 egg yolks
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt; add to milk gradually.
Add beaten egg yolks and margarine.
Cook over low heat until thick. Add coconut and vanilla. Pour into baked pastry shell.
Top with meringue and coconut.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
