Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. butter
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend
    sugar,
    oil,
    butter and eggs.
    Add flour, salt, baking soda
    and\tcinnamon.
    Mix and add carrots and vanilla. Pour
    into greased
    and
    floured
    13 x 9-inch or into two 9 x 2-inch\tpans. Bake
    at
    325\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
