Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 rib or loin chops
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown chops in margarine and remove from pan.
Saute onion and celery in browning pan.
Add all other ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
Place chops in 9 x 13-inch pan or Dutch oven, pour 2/3 cup water over, then sauce.
Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
