Jailhouse Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
2 sticks oleo
3 eggs
7 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water and set aside.
Mix potatoes, sugar and oleo.
Add eggs, flour and salt.
Add yeast and blend.
Place in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth.
Store in refrigerator.
When ready to cook, take out, roll flat, cut and place in greased pan.
Let rise.
Cook at 450\u00b0 until done.
