Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. large curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 stick melted butter
    2 to 3 sauteed onions or other vegetable
Preparation
    Beat eggs together well with the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in cheeses, butter and onions.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan well.
    Add mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes and 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
