Crisco Pie Crust(For 2 Double Crust 9-Inch Pies, Or 4 Single Crust Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Crisco (white)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a bowl. Cut in shortening and blend.
    Beat egg, vinegar and water together and work into flour mixture.
    Roll pastry into a ball and divide into 4 equal parts.
    If making one double crust pie, wrap two balls of pastry in plastic and freeze for a future pie.
