Rice Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. tomato juice
1 c. Minute rice
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Mix together.
Make into balls.
Pour tomato juice over meatballs.
Cook for 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
