Deviled Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crabmeat
    2 hard-cooked eggs, mashed thoroughly with fork
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    pepper, salt and mustard to taste
    1 egg, beaten lightly
    1 c. or more tomatoes
    add bread or crackers until dry enough to form into cakes
    onion and parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Deep oil fry or shallow pan-fry after forming mixture into cakes.
