Never Fail Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast of your choice (round, sirloin)
    Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    This cooks any size roast; brown on the outside and pink on the inside.
    Put roast in pan and coat with Worcestershire sauce.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover the top of roast with pats of butter.
    Place in preheated oven, uncovered, for 5 minutes per pound.
    Do not open oven door!
    When roast has cooked for 5 minutes per pound, turn off oven and leave for 2 hours.
    Don't open oven door until the end of this time. When this is done, you'll have a beautiful roast and plenty of au jus gravy.
