Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 deboned chicken breasts, diced
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. fresh pineapple chunks
1 green pepper, diced
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine pineapple including syrup, pepper and brown sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice and cornstarch.
Mix well; add diced chicken and heat thoroughly.
