Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mix
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Heat skillet on low heat.
    Combine all ingredients, stir with a wire whisk until large lumps have disappeared.
    Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, that's large.
    To make small pancakes, like Hank's, drop spoon drops of pancake mix.
    Turn pancakes when the pancake bubbles up.
