Plum Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. chopped pecans
2 jars strained plums (4 3/4 oz.)
2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
Preparation

Beat all ingredients together except pecans until thoroughly mixed. Stir in pecans.
Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool and glaze.
