Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed and drained yellow squash
    1/2 stick soft margarine
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm dressing)
Preparation
    Place in greased casserole dish.
    Bake 20 minutes at 275\u00b0. Melt 1/2 stick margarine in a pan.
    Add 1 1/2 cup stuffing.
    Stir until butter covers the stuffing.
    Put on top of casserole.
    Bake 20 more minutes or until light brown.
    If 1/2 stick margarine doesn't cover crumbs, you can add more.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
