Sue'S Tomato Ham Ring(Friend Of Makay) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. plain gelatin
1 1/4 c. water
1 can (10 oz.) tomato soup
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese or 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. finely grated onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 c. ground ham
Preparation

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
Combine soup and remaining water and heat.
Combine gelatin and cheese and add to diluted soup.
Cool.
Stir in all other ingredients.
Place in ring mold and chill until firm.
Unmold on lettuce and garnish with deviled eggs.
This is a make-ahead luncheon dish for 6 to 8 ladies.
