Muffin Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. All-Bran
2 c. All-Bran flakes
2 c. All-Bran buds
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Boil water and add soda.
Cool.
Mix rest of the ingredients and add cooled water and soda.
Keep in the refrigerator overnight before using.
Bake at 375\u00b0
for 20 to 25 minutes.
Batter will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
