Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 oz. red food coloring
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, shortening and eggs.
    Add cocoa and food coloring to mixture.
    Add flour and soda, milk and vinegar alternately. Add vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in 2 greased and floured round cake pans.
