Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
6 to 8 medium potatoes, cubed
1 can carrots or 2 c. fresh carrots, sliced
1 large can tomato juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef; then add all other ingredients.
Simmer 2 or 3 hours until thick.
Serves 6 to 8.
