Frosty Strawberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
16 oz. frozen sliced strawberries in juice
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 (14 oz.) bag Pecan Sandies
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Crush cookies into fine crumbs.
Set aside 1/4 cup of crumbs. Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Press into pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Let cool.
Use an electric mixer to beat egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and strawberries for 15 minutes on medium speed.
Fold in Cool Whip. Spread strawberry mixture over cookie crust in pan.
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup crumbs over top.
Freeze overnight, covered. Serve frozen.
