Crunchy Granola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. oatmeal (or 4 c. oats and 3 c. flaked wheat)
1 c. fresh grated coconut
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. sesame seed
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. pumpkin seeds
1 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place oatmeal in a large mixing bowl.
Add the coconut, wheat germ, seeds and nuts.
