Crab Ala Bob Schewennsen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Dungeness crab
1/2 cube butter
1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
1 bunch green onions
2 Tbsp. chicken stock (with 1 c. water)
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 lemon, squeezed
1 orange, squeezed
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
3/4 c. white wine (optional)
Preparation

In frypan, saute mushrooms in butter.
Add chicken stock and simmer 15 minutes.
Add all other ingredients except onions and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Add onions.
Add cracked crab and cover for 15 minutes.
Remove crab into large bowl, placing in oven to keep warm and thicken gravy with cornstarch, as desired.
Pour sauce over crab and serve.
